Important Appliance & Preparation Policies
· Standard Appliance Allowance: Our base package covers the cleaning of 1 fridge, 1 washing machine, and 1 microwave.
· Additional Appliances: Extra fridges or freezers incur a £30 fee per unit. Smaller specialized appliances (such as Air Fryers, wine coolers, etc.) are cleaned upon request for an agreed fee.
· Freezer Requirements: If inside freezer cleaning is required, it must be fully emptied and defrosted at least 8 hours before our team's arrival.
